Is this meant to be run inside environment where python 3 is not present?

Yep, we have to do it python3 compatible.

@ttomecek This is a bit weird. Modularity testing framework requires avocado (python2-avocado-*) packages.
Unfortunately python3-avocado is not available in fedora.
Therefore I close the issue as non valid.
I will close it if you have nothing against it.
