which comes from commit #e77fc56, breaks up the thing because it overwrites injected keys to vagrant user. Vagrant uploads key to /home/vagrant/.ssh/authorized_keys, but than it runs sync with that path and overwrites whole /home/vagrant. Therefore, vagrant ssh won't let one to log in.
