We haven't previously linked to the dnf module subcommand docs, as they hadn't been posted anywhere we could link to.

However https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1501842 is being resolved by https://github.com/rpm-software-management/dnf/pull/972, which means we should eventually have a stable link to reference somewhere under https://dnf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/command_ref.html

In the meantime, I've asked the dnf folks if they'd be willing to set up an extra interim build for the in-progress modularity branch: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1501842#c2

Very outdated. Let me close that. All our docs now live in the Fedora Docs and should have a good coverage.
