There doesn't seem to be any particular advantage to having a separate upstream for nodejs-packaging, since it's Fedora-specific.

I propose that we drop this upstream and make the Fedora dist-git repository the formal upstream for the nodejs-packaging package. Now that Fedora dist-git is hosted on Pagure, it can handle pull-requests as well.
