#113 Once the pungi compose finishes, run the "hardlink" tool to deduplicate the files

Depending on generated composes, some RPMs and other files might be shared between different composes. In order to save some space on ODCS storage, we should run "hardlink" tool on conf.target_dir after Pungi compose finishes.

That tool is used to find the same files in directory recursively and replace same files with a hardlinks to one of these same files.
