#159 Add "pungi_logdir" to REST API output

When compose is failed, people are having hard times to find out why it failed. State_reason just says "pungi-koji" failed and since we are not parsing pungi logs, there is no easy way for them to find out what is wrong.

We should provide URLs to pungi global.log at least or to complete logdir.
