#91 Store active deletion?

Currently, it is impossible to figure out whether a compose was actively deleted or just expired, because deleting just sets the time_to_expire to now.
Perhaps it's an idea to record the deletion_time or deleting_user in case an active deletion was performed rather than just expiring?
