On the main packaging guidelines page is not mentioned, it should be asked for packaging exception whenever you bundle something. Could you add note about it?

This is a clarification so it's a "Just do it". One of the FPC members will add this as soon as we have a spare moment (spot and I are both getting ready for FUDCon right now but we should have more time after that.)

Announce Text:

A link to the No Bundling Libraries page, which contains the steps necessary to request a Bundling exception, has been added to the "Bundling of multiple projects" section in the main Guidelines.
