Members of the cvsadmin group should be able to change bugzilla overrides.

Currently, they can change the main admin but not the bugizlla overrides.

Hm, looking at the code this should already be supported in the backend, so it may be just a UI thing

So, it is just a UI thing (fixed in stg)

I now see the edit button on stg, when I edit it, it get's me to https://src.stg.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kernel?fedora_assignee=kernel-maint&epel_assignee=pingou but the assignee is not actually changed in the UI.
