#37 runner need a command status

now the runner have command start, stop, restart , but miss an important command status
the status should show the daemon status , like
NAME is running with pid 1234
Name is stop
that will be really useful

The ‘runner’ example is not part of the library, and will be removed in a future release. I will leave this issue open until that module is removed.

With 'python-daemon' 3.0.1, the 'runner' module is removed from the package.
