Drop default profile for avocado:52lts because that stream is Python 2-only and is going away in F31.

Is this still valid? At minimum, I think the modified field is probably out of date. Sorry I missed this PR.

@sgallagh Yes, PR this is still valid.

The modified: 201905311157 value set with this PR is indeed the newest in F31--although avocado.yaml in F30 contains modified: 201906201606. I'm happy to refresh it, but I'm unclear if it is necessary to refresh it?

Also note https://pagure.io/releng/issue/8401 is requesting the formal dropping of the F31 avocado:52lts stream for which this PR is dropping the default profile.
