#115 CI: Make CI work on non-master branches

Download 115.patch

Now that Pagure.io supports $BRANCH_TO, we can handle non-master branches.

This sets the CI up so that it will always be the CI from the master branch that runs, but it will properly compare differences on the requested merge branch.
