The policy https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/ says:
A week before the scheduled beta freeze, any packages which have open FTI bugs in the NEW state for at least 8 weeks with at least 2 reminder comments will be retired from the relevant release and rawhide (in addition to being orphaned).
8 weeks means bugzillas opened on 2020-12-22 or sooner.
Currently, that is:
python-django-helpdesk tmw csync2 node uw-imap python-XStatic-jquery-ui python-couchbase
When do you need this? (2021/02/16)
When is this no longer needed or useful? (2021/02/23)
The packages are now retired on rawhide and f34 branches.

They should not yet have been.

I've assigned this ticket to myself to actually do it myself. My plan to was to update the list before doing it. The current list would have been:
python-django-helpdesk tmw csync2 node python-XStatic-jquery-ui python-couchbase
I.e. uw-imap was retired but was not supposed to be.
Could you please uretire and retag uw-imap?
