In link https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dropwatch I can't find the "take" button.
And when I try open link https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/orphan, I got 500,504 error.

That's because the package is retired. You cannot just take it, you need to unretire it, which requires a ticket here and rebuilding the package later.
