  We currently only have epel7 and epel8 Versions in bugzilla.stage for the Fedora EPEL product.
  We are at the point where we need an epel9 version as well.

There was a very similar ticket (#10310) that added it to the regular bugzilla instance. When I created that one, I thought it would automatically propagate to the bugzilla.stage, but I guess I was wrong.

Not having and epel9 Version in bugzilla.stage.redhat.com is breaking various tests that are setup.

Please create an epel9 Version for the Fedora EPEL Product on bugzilla.stage.redhat.com

Internal RHEL development is working on creating bugz when an EPEL package gets pulled into RHEL. They are at a point where it would be easier to do the RHEL9 work now, along with the RHEL 7 and 8 work. Doing it later would mean having to do all the ticket-work all over for RHEL9, which is often harder than the coding and fix.
Not having the epel9 Version in bugzilla.stage has blocked this work.
If this never get's done, they will have to revert their epel9 work and only do the scripting for epel7 and epel8.
