I tried to rebuild it multiple times, it mostly fails the same way - one time it failed on gcc internal error, it is probably also related.

oddly, the builder has lots of space.

Now after multiple retries, it passed. It's really strange.

I haven't tried in the mock, because I am still waiting for the s390x machine.

And after few seconds after the successful f35 build the same f34 build failed the same way on s390x:

I think this was solved by our rebalancing of s390x builders.

I see all recent builds completed ok.
