Package originally retired in https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/1861#comment-498373 but confirmed that unit tests pass with latest Django

The package is now unretired. It still belongs to orphan user. You can use the take button in the web UI to take it.
For missing branches please use $fedpkg request-branch
