My FAS email is temporarily different from my Bugzilla one, as I'm trying to set it up so my email provider let me send using my salimma@centosproject.org alias and for some reason their short-lived validation emails keep getting delayed by days.

It's a bit concerning that the FAS == Bugzilla requirement is there for requesting a repo but not for requesting a branch - seems like neither should be necessary, or both should be?
