#10534 Stalled EPEL package: xcb-util-xrm
Closed: Fixed by humaton. Opened by pjgeorg.

  • Describe the issue
xcb-util-xrm is a stalled EPEL package.

Per the EPEL stalled package policy - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-policy/#stalled_epel_requests - I have contacted the maintainer, twice, and waited the appropriate amount of time.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2030868

I am requesting pjgeorg commit permissions so that I might branch and build this package in epel9.

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    2022-01-28

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    epel9 EOL

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
Blocks the addition of xcb-util-xrm to epel9.

Hi, @pjgeorg,

I am trying to add you as a collaborator for the project, but src.fp.o returns an error that you are not part of the packagers group. I checked with fas and you are in the packager group.
But your profile on src.fp.o is empty. When was the last time you logged in? It seems that something didn't get synced.

Hi, @humaton

Indeed my profile on src.fp.o did not list any groups. I just logged out on src.fp.o and logged in again. Now "packager" is listed in my groups. Can you try it again? I hope this fixes the issue.

You are now a collaborator on the epel branches. For missing branches please use fedpkg request-branch
