#10698 Beta freeze exception request for NetworkManager
Closed: Fixed with Explanation by pbrobinson. Opened by bengal.

Sorry if this is the wrong place or procedure, but I would like to ask
an exception to push NetworkManager-1.36.2-1.fc36 [1] after beta
freeze.

The update splits the ifcfh-rh plugin (needed to read and write
connection profiles in the ifcfg format in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts) to a separate package according to
[2]; in this way, it will not be installed by default in new
systems. It will be kept installed upon upgrade, though.

I know it's quite late but there were issues with anaconda that are
now solved (see comments on the bodhi update).

If you want the update included in beta you request it from this URL:

If you don't need it for beta, but need it for final the updates will open up again once Beta is signed off before GA.
