    We are planning to upgrade Go to 1.19 in F37 and a mass rebuild will be necessary.

Yes, upstream released Go 1.19beta1 few days ago so I can start working on it and have a proper build by that date.

I assume this is ready for the mass rebuild tomorrow?

(I thought it was already done, but apparently not)
