The usual issue with repo creation.

The repo is also missing the main alias.

I've changed the main admin.

You should be able to create the alias yourself now. Go to Settings, Git Branches and click Add new alias. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-argmax/settings#gitbranch-tab

You can also enable monitoring in the left panel at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-argmax

Can't we disable the "--no-initial-commit" option in fedpkg until this is fixed? ...

I'd rather have a way to not have an initial commit.

I guess no one reads scm-requests? :) I noted in https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/45812 that I had a network hiccup when processing this.
