As part of the FCOS SOP for branching we need the coreos-pool tag to be updated to include the F38 signing key. Please run the following command to update the list:

koji edit-tag coreos-pool -x tag2distrepo.keys="9867c58f 38ab71f4 5323552a eb10b464"
