The necessary fix to python-pydantic for Python 3.11 is now available in the rawhide branch, so FastAPI can be reintroduced.

For now, the f37 branch can remain retired. It’s possible that a workaround will be found to allow reintroduction in F37; if so, I will request unretirement of the f37 branch at that time.

The package is now unretired. For missing branches please use $fedpkg request-branch
