Describe the issue

Branch requests are not being processed it seems. I requested two last night for python-plotnine and the tickets are still open. There's a total of 12 open requests. Usually it's a matter of minutes not hours.

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

No real deadline. ASAP, but not urgent in my case.

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

New package will not be available for current releases/branches.

Everything works as expected. People processing the tickets have other responsibilities as well so it can take days to process. Please be patient.

I will be. I filed the ticket because it takes longer than usual and the the README states:
