Required for doctl since 1.82.0.

doctl has not been updated in Fedora since 1.79.0, as some new dependencies were needed to be packaged. In total 14 new packages: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?bug_id=2128574&bug_id_type=anddependson&format=tvp#

Those required deps are present already and now golang-github-pkg-browser is missing.

As doctl was not updated it was not recorded the new dependency on golang-github-pkg-browser and couldn't be alerted of orphaned dep.

Can't update doctl package.

From the documentation "require a re-review if they are retired for more than eight weeks".

I see the package was orphaned for 6 weeks and retired 2 days ago. If I need to go through the re-review process it won't be a problem, but if can be avoided in order to get doctl updated faster it would be great.
