There are a few things you need to do before getting ownership of the package. You need to get into the packages group[1] as it goes for Bugzia ur that is the package review tracking ticket it is required only for new or long retired packages[2].

goes. What's next?

Sponsored, the package has already been unretired as @snits has also picked up tss2 but I'm sure he would appreciate a co-maintainer but I suggest you reach out to him directly to co-ordinate how you do that.

I have https://pagure.io/packager-sponsors/issue/563 open to get to @kgold added to the packagers group so I can add him add a co-maintainer. I think the next step is completion of the FPCA, and then we will be ready for him to be added.
