Actually it is buildable exactly as it is, from HEAD~1 where HEAD is retirement commit.
Not sure how it ever went out. I recall doing maintaneance in Autumn. I guess a weird glitch made it temorarily unbuildable, and I missed the orphaning email. Sorry:(

It literaly requires nothing: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/CFR/blob/f37/f/CFR.spec#_13 weird...
