I retired golang-github-robfig-cron as part of Changes/Mass Retire Golang Leaves, but @mhayden is now working on packaging autorestic which requires this. Please unretire it in rawhide. The main admin and Bugzilla assignee should stay the same. As per the Change Proposal:

After we preform the mass retirement, releng will allow any Go SIG member to unretire a leaf within eight weeks even if they're not the main admin.
