    I propose dropping libuser from Fedora 39. Libuser is not actively developed and there are just few packages that depend (optionally) on it. [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/LibuserDeprecation]

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
    We will have to maintain this library.
