https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=102939922 runs on buildvm-s390x-20.s390.fedoraproject.org -- the build takes an unusually long time and is currently running Checking for unpackaged file(s): /usr/lib/rpm/check-files /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/ceph-18.1.2-0.2.fc39.s390x for at least 2 hours. I suspect there is some kind of IO bottleneck.

That particular build was canceled (I suppose by @kkeithle), possibly because of this issue.
Yes, I canceled it and kicked off a new build.
The eln build may also be stuck/stalled in the same place

I take that back. The build seems to have progressed past the checking for unpackaged files.
