I bumped release for EVR upgrade path and rebuilt fwupd on F40 and F39, rebuilds themselves succeeded but tagging failed due to unknown reason.

fwupd is one of the packages that needs the 'secure-boot' permission to build. Maybe ask rhughes to bump the release and rebuild?

Right, this requires secure-boot privs to build. It's completely expected.

Please ask maintainers to do the build. ;(
