The 1.10 branch is in the "active" section of branches for the Kubernetes rpms (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kubernetes). It is quite old. Version 1.10 of Kubernetes has not been supported for several years.

Please move the 1.10 branch to inactive.
