golang-github-bgentry-netrc has been retired, but it's a dependancy of a package submission I'm currently working on. I'd like the package to be unretired and to be given maintainer access.

I won't be able to submit my package for https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazelisk

Because I didn't spot the dead package, I've actually already submitted a package review for an updated RPM (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2238164). Happy to apply that SPEC or revive the old one, whatever releng prefers.
