Issue #11682: Lenovo: F38 updated official respin iso for P16 G2 with DG2 graphics - releng

Describe the issue
P16 G2 with DG2 GPU config fails the energy certification test.
Fixes for this landed upstream and have been incorporated in 6.4.14-200.fc38.x86_64 (and confirmed working)
We'd like to update our preload image so that we can include the DG2 configuration.
Could we get a new respin done from Fedora38 in the normal manor please? Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Yep - completely fine. The image is going to go through our PA team, it just has to have that DG2 power fix in :)

It looks like we respun images on the 15th: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/live-respins/
