Package php-symfony4 was orphaned and retired because I missed BZs and emails regarding the package. Several other packages are now failing because this one was retired.

Quickest possible so I guess 2023-09-27

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

It will be useful for the foreseeable future as there are many other packages that still rely on this one

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Several other dependant packages will continue to fail
