Describe the issue Please untag xfsprogs-6.5.0-1.fc40 from Rawhide and xfsprogs-6.5.0-1.eln132 from ELN. grub2 cannot detect filesystems created with this version of xfsprogs - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2247926 - so installs using xfs (e.g. Server installs) are broken with this version of xfsprogs. I can't immediately patch grub2 as I'm not on the SB signing list and working on grub2 is painful, so it seems easier/safer to just untag xfsprogs for now until a grub2 maintainer can patch it.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) ASAP
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) When grub2 is fixed
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? Rawhide Server installs (and custom installs using xfs) will fail and not be bootable.
Done

I think we can try retagging this now. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-e69a356cae should have fixed grub2.
