#11779 F39 testing repo not in sync
Closed: Fixed by kevin. Opened by mooninite.

  • Describe the issue
    The 'updates-testing' repo is not in sync with Bodhi. There are older packages or packages that are now in 'updates' that have been left in 'updates-testing'.

Two examples (I am sure there are more):

  1. Wine

  2. Bodhi update: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-f33fa468ea

  3. Wireshark

  4. Bodhi Update: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-b57a9be8a8

Visible on mirrors:
* https://mirrors.rit.edu/fedora/fedora/linux/updates/testing/39/Everything/x86_64/Packages/w/
* https://mirrors.rit.edu/fedora/fedora/linux/updates/testing/39/Everything/x86_64/Packages/w/

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    2023/12/31

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    2023/11/13

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
    Extra, obsolete, packages are left in updates-testing that mirrors have to sync.
