Reopen Issue

During F39 final freeze, an issue was found in ostree that affected Fedora flatpaks, and a patched release to fix it (that didn't qualify as a release blocker or exception) was tagged as a flatpak-specific override:

Now that a newer ostree which includes this fix has been pushed to f39-updates, this should be undone to pick up the latest stable version. To that end, please:

koji untag-build -v f39-flatpak-container-build ostree-2023.6-2.fc39
