Describe the issue
In the interest of having a second person in the ELN SIG with privilege to adjust the %{dist} value for ELN, I would like to request that Troy Dawson (FAS: @tdawson ) be given permission to edit that tag (specifically the rpm.macro.eln field). Currently, I'm the only person outside of Fedora Releng with this privilege and I occasionally take vacations.

If Troy ever wins the lottery or otherwise leaves the ELN project.

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
We could bother a releng person every time we need to adjust this value. It has so far needed to be bumped up thirty-three times since the start of ELN a few years ago, so it seems simpler to just have a second person available.
