Please review the Change to Build Fedora Cloud Edition Images Using Kiwi in Koji.

This will need Release Engineering assistance to enable support in Koji (releng#11726) and Pungi (pungi#1710).

We discussed this in releng weekly yesterday, and the change has not been approved yet. We have a tight schedule for the mass rebuild. We will be looking at the Fesco ticket for relevant discussion.
