We decided in the last releng meeting that we didn't want to go to f39 yet (There's still a createrepo_c issue and we don't want to make that change right before mass rebuild).

So, we want to update/reboot all of them to make sure they are up to date and reinstall the x86_64 buildvm's in order to avoid the 32bit btrfs problem with i686 builds.

I think I can do this pretty transparently, so I will see about doing it today.

Note that we don't want to update *rpmautospec* due to a bug in the 0.3.8 version.

I've done:

All the buildvm-ppc64le's
All the buildvm-a64's

I'll see if I can find time this weekend to do the rest, or monday.

ok, all the rest are now done too.

buildvm-x86 were re-installed.
buildvm-s390x and buildhw- and bkernel were updated.
