Now when Fedora 40 was branched, I want to file bugzillas for F40FailsToInstall and use "40" as the version. However, Bugzilla does not let me. It says:
xmlrpc.client.Fault: <Fault 51: "There is no version named '40' in the 'Fedora' product.">
I don't know where to file this other than releng. Since the script I run is located in this repository, I decided to file this here. I'm happy to move this elsewhere, if you let me know where.
When do you need this? sooner the better. normally it is ready when Fedora is branched.
When is this no longer needed or useful? When Fedora 40 goes EOL.
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? The releng/scripts/ftbfs-fti tool cannot be updated to split Fedora 41/40.
Thanks.
I was just looking at this when you filed this.
Should be fixed. I am not sure if something was missed or just hadn't been gotten to yet.
