During processing of https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/60619, one of the steps produced an HTTP 500 error. The project https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-snakemake-interface-report-plugins is now partially-initialized; if nothing else, it is still owned by releng-bot.

Please assign the correct main admin (FAS: music) and complete any other initialization tasks that were missed. Thanks!

The package python-snakemake-interface-report-plugins cannot be added to Fedora, and therefore the snakemake package in F40 and later cannot be updated past 8.4.x.
