I have no idea how this package got retired while I owned it. When @music was dropping some of these grpc-related packages I picked some up as deps of my packages, including this one. I thought the ability to grab packages and the auto retirement for being orphaned was both at 6 weeks...I grabbed the package but it still got retired in rawhide somehow.

@gotmax23 might need to check logs for potential bug in retirement logic (suggested by @music )

Regardless, I simply need to rawhide branch unretired so we can fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2300076
