I wanted to create an epel10 branch for the perl-JSON-Any package. This created fedora-scm-requests #66677 which failed with the message "toddlers.exceptions.pagure_error.PagureError: Couldn't create branch in project 'rpms/perl-JSON-Any'"

Please help.

Thanks, it was due to some race condition, the branch epel10 is here: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-JSON-Any/tree/epel10
