Requesting epel10 branch for rpms/perl-Devel-ArgNames created a https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/66782 ticket.

A bot failed to process the ticket. The git branch was created but the package was on added to epel10.0-testing-candidate tag list https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=123197192. Therefore the package cannot be built.

Please process the request manually.
