I already prepared a git-revert commit, but it is fine if the unretirement process undoes the dead.package change.

I also already claimed the package since it was both retired and orphaned. I will then request EPEL8 and 9 branches.

Why are you unretiring this in rawhide?

I mentioned it on the devel list, to have the same spec across supported Fedora/EPEL branches until RPM 4.20 becomes the baseline.
