Reopen Issue

I wanted to create an epel10 branch for the perl-Data-Printer package. This created fedora-scm-requests #67203 which failed (connection error with pagure.io).

Please help.

I did a retry and it gave me that the branch exists, https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/67203#comment-932483; I checked the https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Data-Printer/branches?branchname=rawhide the branch is there, if you have any other issues please let us know.
