Name of the package?

These three packages were retired in the last few months but were only blocked in the f42 tag in koji today, probably as part of some "clean up missed retirements" task:

  • rust-etcetera
  • rust-logos-derive
  • rust-nu-ansi-term0.46

All three were retired because they supposedly were unused, but they are still used, and due to them being blocked in koji today, there is a lot of :fire: in the Rust stack.

FAS username of the new maintainer?

decathorpe or keep current maintainer (@rust-sig is co-maintainer anyway) since none of these packages are retired and orphaned

Branches that you need it to be unretired for?

rawhide (will request missing f41 branch for rust-nu-ansi-term0.46 myself after unretirement)

Package re-review BZ URL?

N/A (oldest retirement is Aug. 04 - rust-nu-ansi-term0.46 - which was 7 weeks ago)

Thank you for the quick fix - I can confirm that broken dependencies in the rawhide buildroot are resolved now.

Can I push un-retirement commits to these three packages myself or is that a releng-only task?

Oh yeah, I think you can... if something doesn't work for you there, let me know and we can do it.

It appears that I cannot push a revert of the retirement commits myself:
